june 2018 over the next week we will be writing to all registered patients at west one surgery to let you know about some important changes that will be taking place. we have made the decision to become part of a larger team and join together with our colleagues at crewkerne health centre. from july 2, west one surgery will be merging with crewkerne health centre and we will become part of one larger team. we want to ensure that our patients can still enjoy a full service at west one surgery, as well as being able to develop essential new ways to meet changing healthcare needs, both for today and in to the future. by merging with crewkerne health centre, we will also become part of symphony healthcare services ltd; a subsidiary of yeovil hospital and network of gp practices. by joining a larger team, we will be able to look at adapting and introducing new ways of caring for our patients to meet the increasing needs across general practice. west one surgery shall become a branch surgery to crewkerne health centre as we shall be one surgery and one team delivering services over two locations. i am also very pleased to confirm that i will be reducing my hours, to work part-time. this will enable me to continue caring for my patients, but also enjoy some more quality time with my family. i will however, continue to be your named gp and will be able to see many of my
